    You Can Help Yourself.

A couple of years ago, I was depressed and suicidal but today, I am completely healed; mentally, physically and emotionally. Remembering it doesn’t even hurt anymore. It is absolutely possible to be totally healed and free from depression and worthlessness. In my previous post, I talked about how God helped me and healed me. Yes, I did not have to go to therapy or use pills to be healed. My healing was a miracle after 3 close calls to death from suicide. So I am really confident in God’s healing power and the total transformation from depression to a joyful life. If you are currently battling depression, please read the…

    WAR-SHIP

Worship is a simple yet powerful tool we have as believers. Worship is not limited to the songs, genre, lyrics, or place. Worship is a heart-position, and it’s all about Jesus. “But the time is coming indeed it’s here now when true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth. The Father is looking for those who will worship him that way” (John 4:23). Here’s What Worship Does for Me Worship for me is like washing of waters; it brings me peace that I can’t explain. Worship is a gateway to God’s mighty presence. In a world of not-enoughs and continuous pressure, worship is how I have stayed sane.…

    New Year Attitude.

I was scrolling through my social media this morning, and I saw this quote; ” The end is the beginning.” It sounded a bit weird at first, but I took some time to think about it and it made perfect sense to me. The end is indeed the beginning, the end of a thing is usually the start of another. The end of a habit begins a new pattern, old relationships die, and new ones emerge. The end of a year leads us into a new year, and this time, it’s not just the end of a year, it’s the end of a decade and a brand new decade is…

The Father’s Attitude To The Lost.

The Father’s Attitude to the Lost. This is just going to be writing that expounds on LOVE being the foundation of the New Creation Realities. As a believer in Christ, do you know the attitude of God towards Sinners and the Lost? Do you know what Jesus thinks of them? Do you know how you are to approach them? More questions. What is the foundation of your Christian Faith? Where do you draw your Christian attitudes from? Whose Life do you pattern yours after? Is it from your Pastors, Spiritual leaders, Godly Parents or the Lord, Jesus Christ? Indeed, if it is Jesus, and I’m here to put it to…

Baby Steps (God doesn’t hate me)

If only you didn’t want me… When I was a lot younger than I am now, I wanted to be older. I remember wanting to graduate when I was in school and missing the life of a student now that I’m a working adult. Do you see my point yet? As humans, it’s innate to have insatiable needs, to keep aspiring to some illusionary version of ourselves we think is perfect. These versions that we consider the upgraded us are so because they allow us to hide behind “if onlys”. If only I had that dream job, I’d be much happier. If only my life was fun, I won’t be…

    God And The BusyBee Season

Life is in seasons, the book of ecclesiastes reassured us on how there are times and seasons in life and honestly, it is the same in our individual lives. There are seasons when you have all the time in the world to do everything you want and spend extended time with God. There are times that you don’t even have enough time to catch your breath and taking out time to fellowship with God seems impossible so you go about being busy, drained and guilty from not spending time with God. Like Mary, you long to sit at the Lord’s feet but the daily demands of a busy world just…

    Drowning

God won’t watch you drown. I went snorkeling for the first time in the Red Sea, I am not a great swimmer so I asked for the life jacket. With my jacket on, I was still scared as hell to jump into the sea. I mean, it’s the sea… I jumped eventually and for the first 5-10 seconds, it was hell for me… I thought I was drowning, but I wasn’t. I was struggling for air. I closed my eyes, was terrified so I was doing all sorts of funny movement with my legs. The lifeguard swam to me, told me to calm down reminded me I had the life…

    First Things First: Pray

Hi there! I trust you had a great week. If you did not, please remember all things work together for your good, and God is able to make all things beautiful for you. Prayer is just a running conversation with God,” I heard my youngest son tell a group of young boys. “You can talk to Him when…

    How To Hear God!

Holaaa… it’s me again. Your spiritual tour-guide. How has your weekend been? Remember that God is with you right in the midst of your troubles and everything you go through and He is speaking to you. Are you listening?     You know how you have one best-friend that you tell everything to? Your hurt, pain, your disappointments, your happiness, your victories and you actually listen to that best-friend speak back to you because it’d be weird if you just spoke to them and walked away without listening to their response right? It’s the same with God speaking to us. Yes! God speaks to us through the Holyspirit, how do I…
